Exchange Only Policy

Exchanges can be made within 7 Days of receiving package NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please be aware that Storah Fashionwear only offers Exchanges or store credit (if applicable.) 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused & with tags in its original packaging.  Must be done within 7 days of receiving package NO EXCEPTIONS. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase included inside returning package.

Management will inspect and approve all returned item/s when received. After approval, exchange or store credit (discount code) will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • White Clothing
  • Bodysuits
  • Any accessories (e.g. jewelry)
  • Intimate goods or likeness (e.g. shapewear, bras, fajas, etc.) 
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Footwear 
  • Downloadable or software products
